Refund & Return Policy – Reviderm®
At Reviderm®, we are dedicated to creating products that help couples reconnect and feel closer again. We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our multi‑position pillow and encourage you to use the product for a minimum of 14 days to fully experience its benefits.
If for any reason you are not satisfied after this period, you may request a return within our 90‑day money‑back guarantee. To start the process, please contact us at info@revidermcare.com.
Cancellation Policy
Any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once this timeframe has passed, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.
If your order is successfully cancelled within the 24‑hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
We are confident in our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before deciding whether they are right for you. If you are still unhappy, you may return the product anytime after the initial 14 days and within 60 days of purchase.

- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non‑refundable
- Returns requested outside the 60‑day window will not be accepted

Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Cosmetic damage to external packaging (such as dented or scratched boxes) is not considered product damage if the item inside is intact and functional.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@revidermcare.com and attaching a clear photo of the damage. Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility for a free replacement.
Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, Reviderm® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
