At Sleerio, we’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders—no minimums, no hidden fees.


Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your selected address.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

Please note that these are estimates only. During peak periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are outside of our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs delays, which can extend delivery times.


Order Changes & Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at support@sleerio.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is and make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, or transportation issues.

In rare cases, delays may also result from address verification, payment processing issues, or product availability. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.

While Sleerio cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or be held liable for delays caused by external factors, we are always here to assist and keep you informed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@sleerio.com and we will do our best to help.

We recommend also reaching out directly to the courier to file a claim, as they may require additional information. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf whenever possible.

Please note that Sleerio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

If a package cannot be located, filing a police report may also be required by the courier.
